2012
Starting off
Original purchase of 1116 Cannell Ct in Rockton, IL. This unit contains 9 units with nearly 4,400 sq ft of rentable space.
2012
1107 N Blackhawk, Rockton, IL
Seven months later we bought the building next to our Cannell Ct. building, located at 1107 N Blackhawk, that contains 8 units with nearly 3,900 sq ft of rentable space.
2015
Expanding to Janesville, WI
In 2015, we expanded into Janesville, WI with our purchase of a 1,200 sq ft commercial building.
2015
Downtown Rockton, IL
Also in 2015, we bought a building located right on Main Street in Rockton that houses a commercial unit with a studio apartment above. We remodeled this property all the way down to it’s studs a year later.
2017
Biloxi, MS
We added our first beach rental to our portfolio in 2017, located in the heart of Biloxi, MS, right on the Gulf of Mexico.
2017
Lake Geneva, WI
In 2017, we also added a commercial unit located in The Geneva Towers, right off Main Street in Lake Geneva, WI. Geneva Towers is right off Geneva Lake and a short walk from all of the restaurants and shopping in charming downtown Lake Geneva.
2020
Naples, FL
In 2020, we purchased a condo in Naples, Florida. It is located in the premiere community of Treviso Bay with gorgeous views and incredible amenities.
